Aigentic Flow LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the AutoRank AI platform at autorank.ai ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable privacy laws.
We collect information you provide directly: account registration details (name, email address, business name), billing information processed securely by Stripe, domain names and Google Search Console credentials you connect, and communications with our support team. We also collect information automatically, including usage data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage patterns through analytics tools.
We process your personal data under the following lawful bases: (a) Contract performance — to deliver the AutoRank AI services you have subscribed to; (b) Legitimate interests — to improve our Service, prevent fraud, and ensure security; (c) Legal obligation — to comply with applicable tax, financial, and regulatory requirements; (d) Consent — where you have explicitly opted in to marketing communications.
We use your information to: provide, operate, and improve the AutoRank AI platform; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, service updates); respond to support requests; comply with legal obligations; and send marketing communications (only with your consent, and you may opt out at any time).

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer") and Aigentic Flow LLC ("Company") governing your access to and use of the AutoRank AI software platform and related services ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
AutoRank AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-driven SEO tools including keyword research, automated content publishing, and website indexing audits. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@autorank.ai.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Aigentic Flow LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service during your subscription term for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Service or its underlying technology. All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and content, remain exclusively with Aigentic Flow LLC.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to generate spam, deceptive, or illegal content; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (c) use automated bots to access the Service beyond normal API usage; (d) resell or white-label the Service without written authorization; (e) violate any applicable laws or third-party rights; (f) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (g) access the Service to build a competitive product.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize Aigentic Flow LLC to charge your payment method through Stripe at the start of each billing period. Prices are listed in USD. Aigentic Flow LLC reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@autorank.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations unless covered by our Refund Policy.
You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you upload to or generate through the Service ("User Content"). You grant Aigentic Flow LLC a non-exclusive license to use User Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AIGENTIC FLOW LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACHIEVE ANY SPECIFIC SEO RESULTS. SEO OUTCOMES DEPEND ON MANY FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIGENTIC FLOW LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall first be submitted to informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action lawsuits are expressly waived.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Aigentic Flow LLC is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for the AutoRank AI subscription service.
We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase (first-time subscribers only). If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will issue a complete refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to: first-time subscribers to any AutoRank AI plan; requests submitted within 14 days of the initial charge date; and accounts that have not violated our Terms of Service. The guarantee does not apply to renewal charges, plan upgrades, or accounts found to be abusing the refund policy.
After the 14-day guarantee period, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not issue prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-billing-cycle. Your access to the Service will continue through the end of your current paid billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:
We will confirm your cancellation within 1 business day. Cancellations requested before the next billing date will prevent future charges.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@autorank.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will investigate and resolve valid disputes promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
In cases of extended service outages (greater than 48 consecutive hours) caused by factors within our control, we may issue prorated service credits at our discretion. Service credits are applied to your account and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
